HR Recruiter
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Goal-oriented with a passion for helping others find their ideal job.
