PHP Developer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PHP Developer role based in Gurugram. The PHP Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support aviation service operations, focusing on robust back-end functionality and secure data handling. Daily tasks include writing clean, efficient PHP code, implementing and consuming APIs, working with databases, and collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements. The role also involves troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, participating in code reviews, and ensuring that software solutions follow internal quality and security standards. The PHP Developer will work closely with operations and management teams to translate business needs into reliable technical features.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including PHP, database integration, and API development.
Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, with experience in designing modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, such as basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for integrating server-side logic with user interfaces.
Candidates should possess Software Development and Programming skills, including familiarity with version control, debugging, and secure coding practices.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with experience in PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony), are beneficial.
Additional beneficial skills include experience working with MySQL or similar databases, understanding of RESTful services, and exposure to aviation or regulated industries.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
