Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role involves providing direct healthcare support and guidance to individuals engaging with privacy tech solutions, ensuring that health-related considerations are accurately addressed in product use, training, and implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing basic medical needs, offering first-line support in line with EMT and healthcare protocols, and coordinating with relevant medical services when necessary. The Healthcare Specialist will conduct training sessions on health and safety practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate healthcare perspectives into operations, and maintain clear documentation of healthcare activities. The role also requires effective communication with stakeholders, adherence to applicable healthcare standards, and continuous updating of knowledge to align with emerging best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess healthcare-related skills such as Healthcare and Medicine knowledge.
Candidates should possess emergency care skills such as EMT or equivalent first responder training.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver health, safety, and awareness programs.
Relevant professional certification or degree in nursing, paramedical sciences, public health, or a related field.
