Requirements
Role Purpose:
The Retail Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency of stores. This multifaceted position involves management of in-store operations, manpower planning, and a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will be ensuring the adherence to standard operating procedures and oversee performance management of our Beauty Advisors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. In Store Operations
Managing the operations of all stores
Handling manpower and operational planning to ensure the smooth management and staff productivity
Ensuring the achievement/meeting of sales target at the respective counters
Ascertain that visual merchandising guidelines are followed to optimize sales performance
Making sure that stock takes are conducting regularly to ensure inventory accuracy
2. Beauty Advisors Relations
Ensuring that standard operations procedures (SOPs) are followed by respective staffs
Managing of performance management and commission payout of staffs
3. Reporting
Preparing, evaluating and analyzing daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and inventory level to recommend and implement actions to improve sales
Updating of sales with stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma in Business or relevant disciplines
With at least 4 years of working experience in Retail in the Beauty and Cosmetics Industry, preferably with experience leading a team
Good communication and inventory management skills
Digitally savvy and results-oriented
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
