Key Responsibilities
Preparation of Qualification document regarding HVAC
Timely closure of QMS document
To maintain the service area as per regulatory requirement
To take active participate in HEPA Validation, instrument calibration and Temperature mapping.
Timely revision of Protocol and Planners
To maintain labeling system in service area as per SOP
To Prepare /Update & implement existing SOP, New SOP and Maintain compliance
To check the operation and maintenance of Air Handling unit, Air Processing Unit, Dehumidifier, Dust Collector Unit etc.
Monitoring of power consumption and initiate energy concept at workplace
To work in hand for implementation of new projects/ modification of system in plant and supervise civil related works
To arrange necessary spares required before and after the preventive maintenance of machines
To develop down line technically as well as theoretically.
