Key Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance of provisions of Drugs Prices Control Order ( DPCO ).
MRP calculation for New / Revised Ceiling Price and Retail Price notified by National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority ( NPPA ).
Validation of Ceiling Price / Retail Price notified by NPPA with IMS / Pharmatrac data.
Preparing Representation to NPPA in case of any discrepancy.
Evaluation of Product Viability and its continuation in view of New / Revised Ceiling Price and Retail Price notified by NPPA.
Monitoring implementation of Price Revision for Non-Scheduled Formulations on annual basis.
Attending Statutory / Internal Auditors from time to time for queries pertaining to DPCO.
Submission of all Statutory Forms under DPCO from time to time.
Maintaining Integrated Pharmaceutical Data Management System ( IPDMS ) Compliance.
Timely reply to all letters / queries of NPPA.
Keep track on all court cases pertaining to DPCO.

Capable of extending support for seniors who are leading various projects and generally taking a proactive role.Lead NPPA and DPCO compliance activities with strong focus on pricing governance, statutory submissions and stakeholder management.

Educational Qualification
ICWA qualification required. CA may be considered with relevant DPCO/NPPA experience.
Experience
Tenure : 10-15 years of post-qualification experience.
