Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based at Mohali Sector 82 . The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, and packaging. Responsibilities include developing logos and brand identities, designing layouts, selecting and refining typography, and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with client and other teams to understand requirements, translating concepts into designs, and preparing files for production. The Graphic Designer will also participate in reviews, incorporate feedback, and support ongoing design improvements.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce clear, engaging visual content.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and evolve cohesive brand identities.
Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and visual balance.
Competence with industry-standard design tools (e.g., corelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar software).
Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site.
Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
