Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace management, product listing optimization, digital marketing, and customer support. This role requires strong analytical skills, marketplace expertise, and excellent English communication skills to work with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize seller accounts on major marketplaces, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, and Temu.
Create, upload, and optimize product listings to improve visibility, rankings, and conversions.
Conduct product research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify profitable opportunities.
Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and competitiveness.
Perform keyword research and optimize product listings for better organic search rankings.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns across marketplaces to drive traffic and increase sales.
Manage Amazon PPC Ads, eBay Ads, TikTok promotional campaigns, and affiliate marketing programs.
Monitor marketplace performance and resolve listing suppression, policy violations, and other account-related issues.
Maintain and manage Shopify and WordPress e-commerce websites, including product uploads, catalog management, optimization, and overall website maintenance.
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to recommend business improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory, pricing, and product information across all platforms.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketplace performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, and Temu marketplaces.
Strong knowledge of product listing creation, optimization, and catalog management.
Experience in product research, pricing strategy, competitor analysis, and sales optimization.
Good understanding of keyword research and SEO for e-commerce marketplaces.
Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, eBay Ads, TikTok promotional campaigns, and affiliate marketing.
Proficiency in e-commerce tools such as Helium 10, DeepDive, and other marketplace research and analytics tools.
Experience managing Shopify and WordPress e-commerce websites.
Ability to identify and resolve marketplace listing and account-related issues efficiently.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with prior experience working with international clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketplace management or e-commerce operations.
Experience working with international brands or global marketplaces will be an added advantage.
