Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development (BD) Intern at XpressEdu. The BD Intern will support the business development team by identifying prospective partners, assisting in lead generation, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing trends in the education sector, and preparing reports that inform partnership strategies. The intern will communicate with potential clients or partners via email, calls, and online meetings, and provide timely follow-ups and basic customer service support. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, contributing to proposals and presentations, and helping optimize outreach processes to drive growth.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market data and business metrics.
Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience or interest in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and qualify potential partners.
Customer Service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and build positive relationships.
Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM tools) and comfort working in a remote environment.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Demonstrated interest in business development, sales, or the education sector; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
