We’re looking for a creative-driven Social Media professional who can plan, organise, execute, analyse, and optimise social media strategies across platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Thinks visually and strategically
Communicates ideas clearly
Is comfortable handling multiple brands in an agency environment
Can balance creativity with performance
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, organise, and implement social media strategies
Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans
Develop content themes, captions, and storytelling frameworks
Provide visual direction for posts, reels, and campaigns
Conceptualise and assist in photoshoots (moodboards, shot lists, styling inputs)
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors
Prepare performance reports
Analyse insights and compose POAs to improve reach and engagement
Optimise content using trends, data, and platform behaviour
Ensure brand consistency across content and communication
Manage multiple brands simultaneously
SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
2–3 years of social media experience
Agency background mandatory
Strong creative thinking with strategic awareness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience handling multiple brands / clients
Ability to articulate ideas, feedback, and visual direction clearly
Exposure to content performance analysis
Organised, proactive, and collaborative
Must be based in Chennai
Immediate joiners preferred
ADD ON
Experience with reels-first & short-form content
Exposure to fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
Familiarity with Instagram / Meta insights
Interest in branding, strategy, and content growth
