Qualifications
Civil engineering expertise, including Civil Engineering Design and core Civil Engineering principles.
Experience in project Planning and coordination for building and infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage and infrastructure systems.
Professional experience working as Civil Engineers on residential, commercial, or township projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
Prior experience in real estate development or construction in a similar regional context is an advantage.
