Role Description The Tracenet Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Alwar, responsible for managing data and documentation within the Tracenet system and related platforms. Daily tasks include collecting and entering relevant information, verifying accuracy and completeness of data, and maintaining organized records to support traceability and compliance requirements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documents, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely updates. The Tracenet Executive will also assist in preparing reports, supporting audits, and following established procedures and quality standards. This position requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to guidelines, and effective communication to support smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications
Strong data entry, documentation management, and record-keeping skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work with digital systems, databases, and basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, email tools) to manage and report information.
Effective communication and coordination skills to interact with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow structured operational processes.
Understanding of compliance, quality standards, or traceability processes in an industrial, agricultural, or certification-related environment is an advantage.
Capability to follow standard operating procedures and support audits or inspections as required.
Relevant educational background, such as a diploma or degree in science, agriculture, management, or a related field, preferred.
Prior experience in data management, certification, quality assurance, or a similar administrative role is beneficial.
