Role Description The Deputy Operation Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of operational strategies for client organizations. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall performance. The Deputy Operation Consultant will collaborate with consulting teams and client stakeholders to gather data, prepare reports, and assist in the execution of operational plans and standard operating procedures. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal and external teams, tracking project milestones, facilitating meetings, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. The role also includes contributing to client presentations, documenting best practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess processes, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Candidates should possess Consulting and Operations Management skills to assist in designing, implementing, and optimizing operational strategies for clients.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, collaborate with teams, and maintain professional relationships.
Relevant experience in business operations, management consulting, or process improvement in SME or related environments is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred; advanced certifications in operations, project management, or consulting are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple projects, and adapt to dynamic client requirements.
Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and familiarity with digital transformation concepts is beneficial.
