WE’RE HIRING | BRANCH MANAGER
PMC Cargo is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Branch Manager who can take charge of branch operations, lead a team, manage clients, and drive business growth.
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 5–6 Years
Industry: Logistics & Cargo
Job Type: Full-Time
YOUR ROLE
🔹 Manage daily branch operations
🔹 Lead & motivate the branch team
🔹 Drive sales and revenue growth
🔹 Build & maintain strong client relationships
🔹 Coordinate cargo movement and deliveries
🔹 Handle customer queries & resolve operational issues
🔹 Develop new business opportunities
🔹 Monitor branch performance and targets
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ 5–6 years of relevant experience
✅ Experience in Logistics / Cargo / Freight / Transportation
✅ Strong team & branch management skills
✅ Sales & business development mindset
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
