About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
This is a fully remote, unpaid, hands-on creative production internship. Not a communications, social-media management, marketing or administrative internship.
aeitos is an independent platform for contemporary art and performance rooted in Patmos, Greece, developing exhibitions, performances, publications and encounters between artists, audiences and the island.
Following its inaugural edition, the prelude, aeitos is developing its next chapter, the passage — July 28th–31st, 2027, alongside its digital presence and publication projects.
We are looking for a Creative Direction & Digital Content Intern to work directly with the founders on the visual and digital development of aeitos.
The Role
This is a small-team, highly hands-on role.
You will participate in the actual making of aeitos' digital identity and content — from developing visual ideas to producing and editing the final assets.
Depending on your skills, you may work on:
Instagram / social content
short-form video and reels
image selection, editing and retouching
typography and graphic compositions
digital campaign concepts
artist / performance announcements
website content and visual direction
motion / transitions / simple animation
adapting photographic and video material into digital formats
developing visual references, moodboards and treatments
documenting and transforming aeitos projects into digital narratives
experimenting with AI-assisted image/video/content production
You will not simply be given a social-media calendar to execute.
The objective is to build a coherent visual language and digital presence for aeitos.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has a strong sensitivity to:
contemporary art
fashion
photography
film
architecture
graphic design
publishing
digital culture
You don't necessarily need to have studied these subjects.
What matters more is what you look at, what you make and how you think visually.
You should be able to take a loose creative direction and turn it into something tangible.

Good understanding of digital formats and social platforms
