Role Description The Insurance Agent role at LaLone Legacy is a full-time remote position focused on helping clients understand and select appropriate insurance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with prospects and existing clients, assessing their coverage needs, and recommending suitable policies for life, health, property, and other insurance lines. The Insurance Agent will conduct virtual meetings, manage inquiries, and provide ongoing customer service, including policy reviews and updates. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with brokerage partners, and staying current on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements. The Insurance Agent is expected to meet sales and service targets while upholding high ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and accurately.
Demonstrated experience in Insurance Sales, including prospecting, needs assessment, and closing client engagements.
Understanding of Finance principles as they relate to risk management, premiums, and long-term financial planning.
Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, problem solving, and relationship management in a remote environment.
Relevant state insurance licensing (or eligibility to obtain), with adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, comfortable conducting video and phone consultations.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with self-motivation to work independently in a remote setting.
Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems; prior experience in remote or hybrid work settings is beneficial.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
