Marketing Intern

Role Description:
The Marketing Intern role is a remote position focused on supporting marketing and outreach efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, contributing to marketing campaigns, and helping manage social media content and engagement. The intern will collaborate with the team to refine marketing messages, support basic sales outreach, and respond to inquiries from prospective users in a professional manner. Additional tasks may include tracking campaign performance, preparing simple reports, and suggesting improvements to marketing strategies based on data and feedback.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with users, respond to inquiries, and convey information clearly in written and spoken formats.
Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development, including gathering insights on target audiences and contributing ideas to campaigns.
Interest or foundational skills in Sales and marketing outreach, including engaging prospects and supporting lead-generation activities.
Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram) and digital marketing concepts.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Comfort working with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new productivity tools.
Recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
