Role Description The Real to Sheet Cutting role at Concord Printing is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The team member will operate cutting machines to convert printed reels or large sheets into finished sheet formats as per job specifications. Daily tasks include setting up and calibrating cutting equipment, checking measurements, monitoring machine performance, and inspecting output for accuracy and quality. The role involves handling and stacking cut sheets, maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area, and following safety standards and operational procedures. The person in this role will coordinate with supervisors and other production staff to meet schedule requirements and minimize material waste.
Qualifications
Ability to operate or learn to operate reel-to-sheet cutting machines and related printing equipment
Strong attention to detail with accurate measurement, counting, and basic math skills
Understanding of or willingness to learn standard safety practices in a printing and manufacturing environment
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift, move, and stack paper bundles as required
Basic reading and writing skills to follow job tickets, work instructions, and production records
Willingness to work in a team, follow supervisor directions, and adapt to changing production priorities
Prior experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing operations is an advantage but not mandatory
High school education or equivalent is preferred; vocational training in printing or machine operation is a plus
