👤 What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who understands the relocation business and can confidently handle customers from enquiry to booking.
✅ Experience in Packers & Movers / Relocation Industry
✅ Good knowledge of Home Shifting & Office Relocation
✅ Understanding of Corporate & Employee Relocation
✅ Knowledge of Storage & Warehousing Services
✅ Experience handling customer enquiries and follow-ups
✅ Ability to prepare and explain quotations
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✅ Ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
✅ Customer relationship management
✅ Target-oriented approach
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer enquiries
• Understand customer requirements
• Coordinate surveys and quotations
• Follow up with potential customers
• Explain moving, packing, transportation and storage services
• Develop corporate and employee relocation opportunities
• Maintain customer relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets
