Client / Account Manager

Account Manager | ClipHaus
ClipHaus is a fast-growing content clipping agency helping brands generate massive reach through short-form content. We work with clients across different industries and markets, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients after the sale
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client goals, expectations, and requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Follow up on campaign progress and communicate updates clearly
Identify client needs and opportunities for account growth
Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally
Build long-term relationships that contribute to client retention
What We’re Looking For
Fluent English Speaker
Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent client management and relationship-building abilities
Experience or knowledge in marketing, digital marketing, or advertising
Willingness to learn about the content clipping industry
Fast learner who can adapt quickly in a startup environment
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Ability to take ownership and solve problems independently
Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Professional level of English
