About the Role
As a Founder's Office Intern, you’ll work closely with the founder across multiple areas of the business and get hands-on exposure to what it takes to build and scale a startup from 0 to 1.
Your responsibilities may include:
Bringing new users and clients onto the platform
Improving and developing the user journey
Creating and implementing SOPs and processes
Exploring new business opportunities and partnerships
Supporting growth, operations, and community-building initiatives
Conducting research and helping with strategic projects
Other details & Perks:
Stipend: Up to ₹5,000 (including a fixed component), based on individual and business performance
Certificate: Internship completion certificate
LOR: Letter of Recommendation based on performance
Flexible working hours: 5–6 day work week, with weekends compulsory
Mentorship & Exposure: Direct mentorship from the founders and hands-on exposure to building and scaling a startup

Work arrangement
No
