About the Role
We are hiring a passionate Video Analytics Software Developer to build advanced video intelligence solutions for safety monitoring, compliance automation, and smart operations. This role is ideal for developers who love AI, computer vision, and building real-time video analytics systems.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and deploy computer-vision & video analysis pipelines
✅ Implement object detection, tracking, and behaviour/event recognition
✅ Work on real-time video streams and edge AI models
✅ Integrate AI models with backend APIs & dashboards
✅ Optimize inference speed, accuracy, and system performance
✅ Debug, test, and improve deployed AI pipelines
✅ Collaborate with global engineering and product teams
Required Technical Skills🎓 Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/Data Science or relevant field
💡 Hands-on experience with:
Python, OpenCV, NumPy
Deep learning: TensorFlow / PyTorch
Object detection models: YOLO / MediaPipe / DeepSORT
Video stream processing (RTSP / CCTV feeds)
API development (FastAPI / Flask / Node.js)
Preferred / Bonus Skills⭐ Edge device deployment (Jetson / Coral / Raspberry Pi)
⭐ Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
⭐ Docker & microservices basics
⭐ Experience in safety AI / industrial vision systems
