Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Fresher working as an FLP Independent Distributor. Day-to-day activities include learning about FLP products, sharing product information with potential customers, and supporting existing customers with orders and basic product guidance. The role involves using online communication tools and social media to reach new clients, maintain contact lists, and follow up on inquiries. Individuals will also participate in virtual training sessions, track personal sales goals, and collaborate with other distributors to exchange best practices and build a sustainable customer base.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with diverse customers and team members.
Basic digital skills, including using email, messaging apps, and social media platforms to engage and follow up with contacts.
Strong motivation to learn, willingness to follow training guidelines, and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
Organizational skills to manage time, track leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
Interest in health, wellness, and Aloe Vera–based products, with the ability to explain product benefits in simple terms.
Self-driven attitude, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and commitment to ethical business practices.
No prior experience required; completion of secondary education or equivalent is beneficial.
