Antegris is an engineering partner for custom software, AI and automation in complex industries. We build embedded and industrial automation software, semiconductor control systems, computer vision solutions, and generative AI agents for clients who need real systems, not slideware. Our work spans robotics, semiconductor metrology, data platforms and applied AI.
We are a small, technical team, and our marketing has mostly happened in the margins of client work. We are now looking for a Junior Marketing & Social Media Manager to change that: to give Antegris a consistent voice online, turn our project work into content people actually read, and help us reach the companies who need what we build.
This is a junior role. We do not expect you to arrive with a finished playbook.
We expect curiosity, good judgment and a willingness to learn our industry.
Tasks
Content and social media
Build and grow our presence on LinkedIn, our primary channel
Write and publish posts, case studies and short articles based on our project work (metrology control systems, PLC integration, AI agents, computer vision)
Turn technical work from our engineers into content a non-technical reader can follow, without dumbing it down
Help shape how Antegris talks about itself: tone, positioning, visual consistency
Lead generation and performance
Support outbound and inbound campaigns aimed at industrial and semiconductor clients
Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and report on what is working
Assist with LinkedIn Ads and similar paid campaigns as we start using them
Marketing operations
Help set up and maintain a simple CRM and email workflow (e.g. HubSpot or similar)
Keep our website and portfolio pages current as new projects and use cases are completed
Coordinate with the founders on event participation and community activities (we're active in the Swiss AI community)
Requirements
Degree or training in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
Some initial experience in social media management or content creation — an internship, a side project, or managing a channel for a previous employer all count
Comfortable writing in English at a professional level; German is a plus but not required
Genuine interest in technology, AI and industrial engineering. You don't need to code, but you should want to understand what we build well enough to write about it honestly
Organised and self-directed. In a small remote team, nobody will manage your calendar for you.
Nice to have:
Experience with LinkedIn as a B2B channel specifically, rather than consumer social media
Basic familiarity with a CRM or marketing automation tool (HubSpot or similar)
An eye for simple visual design (Canva-level is fine)
