Role Description The Vice President Service Delivery is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and optimizing how Food & Health Angels delivers services to portfolio companies, investors, and ecosystem partners. This role oversees end-to-end service delivery processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all programs and engagements. The Vice President will design and refine service frameworks, manage cross-functional service delivery initiatives, and establish performance metrics that align with strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with investment, operations, and technology teams; monitoring and improving service workflows; addressing complex delivery issues; and ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction. The role also involves developing best practices, guiding change management efforts, and contributing to strategic planning related to scaling service offerings across the global portfolio.
Qualifications
Strong Service Delivery and IT Service Management skills to lead end-to-end delivery, define service standards, and ensure reliable, high-quality experiences.
Expertise in Business Process Improvement and Program Management to design, implement, and scale efficient service workflows and strategic initiatives.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, assess performance, and make evidence-based decisions that support continuous improvement.
Proven leadership experience in service-oriented organizations, ideally in investment, technology, healthcare, or nutrition-related sectors.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with a focus on collaborative problem-solving and stakeholder satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is beneficial.
Familiarity with innovation ecosystems, startups, or venture investing, particularly in food, health, or metabolic health domains, is a plus.
