Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Raipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing key client relationships, and promoting Mintifi’s financing solutions to SME customers and channel partners in the region. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating terms within defined guidelines, and closing deals to meet assigned targets. The role involves collaborating with credit, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely disbursements, and a consistent customer experience. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to local go-to-market strategies to support Mintifi’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience in financial services, fintech, SME lending, or related domains, with the ability to understand credit products and client requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs, evaluate risks within policy frameworks, and propose suitable financing solutions.
Ability to work on-site in Raipur, travel within the region as required, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic productivity software to manage pipelines, reporting, and customer data.
Familiarity with the SME segment and local market dynamics in Chhattisgarh or surrounding regions is highly beneficial.
