Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Frontline Sales Executive role based in Jodhpur. The Frontline Sales Executive will identify and engage SME customers and channel partners, present Mintifi’s financing solutions, and drive lead conversion and portfolio growth in the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and cold outreach, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and eligibility, and guiding applicants through documentation and onboarding. The role involves coordinating with credit and operations teams for timely approvals, maintaining accurate sales and pipeline records, and providing regular performance updates. The Frontline Sales Executive will also gather market feedback, build strong local relationships, and represent Mintifi professionally at partner locations and community events.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and deal closure.
Candidates should possess customer-facing skills such as clear communication, active listening, presentation abilities, and a consultative approach to explaining financial products.
Candidates should possess basic financial understanding, including familiarity with lending products, credit processes, documentation, and risk awareness.
Candidates should possess planning and execution skills, including territory management, time management, pipeline tracking, and follow-up discipline.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in frontline sales.
Experience in SME lending, NBFCs, banks, fintech, or BFSI sales will be considered an advantage.
Comfort with digital tools and mobile applications for onboarding, data entry, and reporting is expected.
Ability to work independently in the field, meet assigned targets ethically, and adapt to a fast-paced growth environment is essential.
