Job Title: Founder’s Office Intern (Remote) | The "Shadow CEO" Program
Location: Remote (India)
Type: Internship (3 Months + 3 Months Extension)

This is a Founder’s Office role at Focus Realm. You will work directly with the Founder (Sehej Sharma) as a "Shadow CEO."
The Mission (What You Will Do)
Since this is a remote role, your output is your currency. You will handle three core pillars:
1. Strategic Operations (The "Chief of Staff" Work):
Meeting Shadowing: Sit in on high-stakes Zoom calls with CXOs and Directors. Take minutes, decode the negotiation psychology, and draft follow-up emails.
Workflow Automation: You will not do manual data entry twice. You will use AI (ChatGPT/Perplexity), Zapier, and Notion to build systems that automate the boring stuff.
Inbox & Calendar Command: You will act as the gatekeeper, prioritizing the Founder's time and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
2. Growth & Research (The "Builder" Work):
Market Intelligence: Deep dive into Tier-3 Education markets or Hospitality trends to find our next 10 clients.
Pitch Deck Architecture: Assist in crafting high-impact presentations for investors and partners.
LinkedIn Brand Building: Help draft content, engage with partners, and manage the company’s digital footprint.
3. Execution (The "Hustle"):
Running cold outreach campaigns.
Coordinating with tech teams to ensure product delivery timelines are met.

High Agency: You don't wait for instructions. If you see a broken link, you fix it. If you see a missing lead, you find it.
Async Communication: You communicate clearly on Slack/WhatsApp. No "Hi" messages. You send the update, the context, and the solution in one go.
Tech-Native: You are faster on Notion, Canva, and Google Sheets than anyone you know.
Thick Skinned: You want honest feedback. You iterate fast. You don't take critiques personally.
The Deal (Terms & Conditions)Duration: This is a Locked-in 3-Month Commitment. We invest heavy time in training you; we expect you to stick around.
Extension: Mutual agreement for another 3 months based on performance.
Location: 100% Remote.
Compensation: This is an UNPAID learning opportunity.
