Role Description The Director of Product Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading product strategy, roadmapping, and execution across key initiatives. This role oversees the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver customer-focused solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product vision and priorities, managing and mentoring product managers, aligning stakeholders, and using data and customer insights to guide decisions. The Director will coordinate project timelines, track performance against goals, and ensure that product releases meet quality and business requirements. This position also involves setting best practices for product management, championing continuous improvement, and communicating progress and outcomes to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong product leadership background, including Product Strategy and Product Management skills.
Demonstrated Team Leadership and Project Management experience in cross-functional environments.
Advanced Analytical Skills, including comfort with data, metrics, and experimentation to inform decisions.
Proven ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
Experience managing and developing product management teams in a remote or distributed setting.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Prior experience in a senior product management or director-level role, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
