Forward Deployment Lead / Solutions Architect (AI)

Hiring Forward Deployment Lead / Architect / Engineer Managers (ICs) for one the fastest growing partners of Cognition (Devine)
Looking for senior, architect-level AI-Focused Forward Deployed Engineers to drive enterprise adoption of powerful AI tools for Software Engineering.
You'll be the primary technical interface for clients, onboarding them, running enablement workshops, translating business needs into AI workflows, and ensuring they get real value. System design and codebase work come in later phases.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training for AI tool adoption
Translating customer use cases into actionable AI workflows and best practices
Troubleshooting and guiding clients in real-time
Relaying customer feedback to product and engineering teams
Supporting integrations, custom configurations, and pilot deployments
Building client self-sufficiency through documentation and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
10-15+ years of relevant industry experience in software engineering, technical customer roles, or AI enablement
Architect-level expertise, capable of providing rapid, effective solutions to complex and evolving challenges
Strong exposure to enterprise-scale systems and architectures
Experience working with large multinational organisations
Degree from a top-ranked university
Demonstrated career stability, with no frequent job changes
Familiarity with AI/ML tools, platforms, and workflows
Proficiency in at least one language (Python, Java, .Net, etc.) and APIs
Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel
Nice to have:
LLM/prompt engineering experience, enterprise SaaS exposure, consulting or solution engineering background.
