Role Description The Retail Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing retail operations for client businesses and ensuring consistent service quality. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, guiding store teams, and supporting the implementation of retail strategies to improve customer satisfaction and profitability. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their retail challenges, analyzing store data, and recommending solutions to optimize staffing, inventory, and customer service. The Retail Manager will coordinate with internal consultancy teams, prepare reports, and provide ongoing support and coaching to client retail staff. This position requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts remotely.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and retail teams.
Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Sales to drive performance and enhance the customer experience.
Candidates should possess Team Management skills to support and guide client retail staff and coordinate activities across locations.
Experience in retail operations or business consultancy is beneficial, with a track record of improving store performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with sales reports and basic retail metrics.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with common digital tools and communication platforms; experience with POS or retail management systems is an advantage.
A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience.
