About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description Payghaam is a unified messaging platform that helps companies send push notifications, text messages, and email to their own customers, and automate these around events like signups, purchases, or app activity. Instead of managing multiple vendors, teams use one platform and one API to coordinate customer communications. A key differentiator is Payghaam’s provider-agnostic approach, allowing organizations to plug in services such as Twilio, their own SMTP server, existing APIs, or any preferred vendor without being locked into a specific provider. The platform focuses on routing messages efficiently while preserving existing vendor relationships. Payghaam is also designed to work directly with AI coding assistants, enabling developers to rapidly understand app tracking, identify gaps, and auto-generate complex automations, reducing integration time from days to hours.
Role Description The Growth Specialist – Developer Ecosystem & Outbound is a full-time, remote role. This role focuses on driving product adoption and revenue growth by engaging developers and technical teams, showcasing how Payghaam integrates with their existing messaging and AI tooling. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying outbound leads, running outreach campaigns, and conducting product demos tailored to developer needs. The specialist will collaborate closely with product and engineering to understand the technical roadmap, gather feedback from the developer community, and translate insights into growth experiments. The role also includes managing small projects around integrations, ecosystem partnerships, and developer-focused content to support ongoing expansion.
