Organizational Effectiveness Manager

Role Description The Organizational Effectiveness Manager (part-time, remote) will lead initiatives to improve structures, processes, and culture across TechSphere PK. This role will design and implement frameworks to enhance organizational performance, including assessing current workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending practical improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring programs, aligning projects with strategic goals, and supporting performance management practices through metrics, feedback systems, and continuous improvement plans. The manager will also drive employee engagement efforts, such as surveys, feedback channels, and recognition programs, and collaborate with leadership to ensure that organizational changes support business growth and service quality.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Effectiveness and understanding of organizational design and change management.
Experience in Program Management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of cross-functional initiatives.
Strong background in Performance Management, goal setting, KPI tracking, and performance improvement processes.
Skills in Employee Engagement, including designing and implementing engagement strategies, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders in a remote environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote, digitally-focused organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, or a related field; advanced certification in project or organizational management is an advantage.
Experience in digital agencies, technology firms, or fast-paced growth environments is preferred.
