Vice President of Property Management

Role Description
The Vice President of Property Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of a multi-property portfolio. This role leads property management teams, sets standards for tenant service, and ensures efficient maintenance, compliance, and profitability across all assets. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing property and portfolio strategies, monitoring budgets and financial performance, reviewing occupancy and leasing metrics, and coordinating with asset management and commercial real estate partners. The Vice President will implement best practices, optimize processes, and use data and market insights to guide decisions. The role also involves mentoring team members, collaborating with senior leadership on long-term planning, and communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Property Management with a proven record of overseeing multiple properties and leading on-site and remote teams.
Experience in Commercial Real Estate, including familiarity with market trends, lease structures, and stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight, including forecasting, expense control, and reporting on property performance.
Demonstrated capability in Asset Management and Portfolio Management to align property operations with investment objectives and long-term strategy.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using data, KPIs, and property management systems to drive decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are beneficial.
Experience working in a senior management or executive role within real estate or property management is strongly preferred.
