Solar EPC

Monolith Grid Energy Pvt. Ltd. (MGE) is an emerging energy-infrastructure company based in Delhi NCR, working across Solar EPC, EV Charging Infrastructure and Energy Storage.
We are looking for a Solar EPC Engineer / Site Engineer to support our growing project pipeline across Delhi NCR.
Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys for residential, commercial and industrial solar projects.
Assess roof/land area, shading, electrical infrastructure, cable routes and installation feasibility.
Review electricity bills, sanctioned load and consumption data for preliminary system sizing.
Prepare/assist with solar layouts, SLDs, BOM/BOQ and basic technical documentation.
Coordinate with installation teams, vendors, subcontractors and clients.
Supervise solar installation, including modules, mounting structures, DC/AC cabling, inverters, earthing and protection systems.
Conduct site measurements, quality checks and progress inspections.
Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and project handover.
Coordinate with the technical team on project design and execution.
Maintain site reports, measurements, photographs and project documentation.
Travel to project sites across Delhi NCR as required.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Renewable Energy or a related field.
Practical knowledge of Solar PV systems and EPC execution.
Ability to read basic electrical drawings/SLDs and understand DC/AC systems.
Familiarity with modules, inverters, mounting structures, cabling, earthing and protection.
Solar EPC/site-survey experience preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Candidates with 1–4 years of relevant experience are preferred, but capable candidates with strong practical exposure may also apply.
Engagement: Contract / Project-based initially, with potential for continued engagement based on performance and project pipeline.
Location: Delhi NCR
Work: Hybrid + field/site visits
