Sales Specialist (Closer) — For Coaches, Consultants and Advisors
Remote. Full time.
We're a premium personal branding agency. We build the content, the funnels, and the inbound for coaches, consultants, and advisors. You will sit inside our clients' businesses as their closer. You take booked calls from people who already applied, already watched the content, and already know who they're talking to. Your job is to figure out fast whether they're a fit, and if they are, get them to a decision on the call.
What you'll actually do
Run multiple sales calls a week across multiple client accounts
Qualify hard and disqualify faster. We'd rather lose a bad-fit client than take their money
Handle objections live. Spouse, money, timing, "let me think about it"
Own follow-up. Most of the revenue is in the people who didn't say yes on call one
Keep the CRM clean. Notes, next steps, dates, stage
Report numbers weekly: calls booked, shows, closes, cash collected, why the losses lost
Feed the content team what you're hearing. The objections you get on calls become next month's scripts
What we need you to have already done
You've personally closed deals for coaches, consultants, advisors, or course creators. Not SaaS, not insurance, not real estate. This space has its own objection set and we don't have time to teach it
You can tell us your close rate on calls that showed, and you can back it up
You've sold somebody else's offer under somebody else's brand
You're comfortable on video, on camera, with strangers, every day

You're not cold calling. You're not chasing. The leads come from content that has already done the pre-framing work, so people show up warm and usually already decided they want to talk. The skill here is not pressure. It's diagnosis, honesty, and holding the frame on price.

Hit consistent targets and you move into a senior closer seat, setting the process other closers follow
From there you build and run your own team. We hire the people, you train them, and you earn on what the team collects, not just what you personally close
We're building a sales function from scratch, not slotting you into one. Whoever gets this right early ends up running it

No
