Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and performance of Ahmad Healthcare Hospital. This role includes managing budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports. The CFO will lead financial risk management, support strategic decision-making, and collaborate with senior leadership to align financial objectives with organizational goals. Daily activities include reviewing financial data, guiding financial controls, overseeing compliance with healthcare financial regulations, and advising on investment and cost-optimization initiatives. The CFO will also mentor finance team members and help drive operational efficiency and long-term financial sustainability.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge, including expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting.
Candidates should possess skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and applying robust Analytical Skills to support data-driven decisions.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools and systems.
Experience in healthcare or hospital finance, including familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements, is highly beneficial.
Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and collaborating with executive leadership.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in a remote work environment.
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an advantage.
