Role Description The Senior Vice President of Corporate Development is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the company’s growth strategy through strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. This role oversees end-to-end deal processes, including opportunity sourcing, valuation, negotiation, and integration planning. The SVP will collaborate closely with executive leadership, finance, product, and marketing teams to evaluate strategic fit, build business cases, and drive long-term value creation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial models, conducting market and competitive analyses, leading due diligence workstreams, and presenting recommendations to the leadership team and board. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, advisors, and potential partners to support the company’s expansion in the wellness and nutraceutical space.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Corporate Development and Acquisitions, with a track record of leading strategic transactions and growth initiatives.
Proficiency in Finance and Financial Modeling to evaluate business cases, valuations, and investment returns.
Demonstrated experience in Due Diligence, including operational, financial, legal, and market assessments.
Background in strategic planning, M&A integration, and partnership management within consumer, wellness, or healthcare sectors is highly beneficial.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; comfort working remotely and independently.
Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred), or comparable practical experience.
