• Handle
end-to-end technical recruitment• Source,
screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with technical candidates• Underst
and technical job requirements and identify relevant skills before shortlisting candidates• Recruit
for Software Developers, Frontend/Backend Developers, DevOps, QA, UI/UX Designers, Graphic Designers, and other IT/Technology roles• Use Lin
kedIn and recruitment platforms for active candidate sourcing• Maintai
n a pipeline of qualified technical candidates• Coordin
ate technical interviews with relevant managers/team leads• Manage
offer, onboarding, documentation, and employee joining processes• Manage
day-to-day HR activities for remote employees• Monitor
attendance, punctuality, leaves, working hours, and employee availability• Maintai
n employee discipline, accountability, and adherence to company policies• Regular
ly follow up with remote employees regarding performance and responsibilities• Maintai
n employee records and HR documentation• Support
performance management, warnings, and employee-related HR matters• Handle
employee onboarding and offboarding• Provide
regular recruitment and HR updates to management

✅ Minimum 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience
✅ Practical experience in Technical/IT Recruitment preferred
✅ Understanding of common technology roles, skills, and terminology
✅ Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
✅ Experience managing remote employees
✅ Strong communication and interviewing skills
✅ Ability to maintain employee discipline professionally
✅ Strong follow-up and organizational skills
✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
✅ Comfortable working a night shift
