🚀 WE’RE HIRING: HR EXECUTIVE – TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT & OPERATIONS
We’re looking for a proactive HR Executive with hands-on experience in Technical Recruitment, Remote Employee Management, and day-to-day HR Operations.
📍 Work Mode: Remote
🌙 Shift: Night Shift
💰 Salary: PKR 25,000 – 30,000/month
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end technical recruitment• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with technical candidates• Understand technical job requirements and identify relevant skills before shortlisting candidates• Recruit for Software Developers, Frontend/Backend Developers, DevOps, QA, UI/UX Designers, Graphic Designers, and other IT/Technology roles
• Use LinkedIn and recruitment platforms for active candidate sourcing• Maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates• Coordinate technical interviews with relevant managers/team leads
• Manage offer, onboarding, documentation, and employee joining processes
• Manage day-to-day HR activities for remote employees
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, leaves, working hours, and employee availability
• Maintain employee discipline, accountability, and adherence to company policies
• Regularly follow up with remote employees regarding performance and responsibilities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support performance management, warnings, and employee-related HR matters
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
• Provide regular recruitment and HR updates to management
Requirements
✅ Minimum 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience
✅ Practical experience in Technical/IT Recruitment preferred
✅ Understanding of common technology roles, skills, and terminology
✅ Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
✅ Experience managing remote employees
✅ Strong communication and interviewing skills
✅ Ability to maintain employee discipline professionally
✅ Strong follow-up and organizational skills
✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
✅ Comfortable working a night shift
Who We’re Looking For We need someone who can do more than traditional HR administration. You should be able to understand technical hiring requirements, find the right talent, manage remote employees, maintain discipline, and take ownership of daily HR operations.
