Role Description The Recruiter role is a full-time remote position responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting candidates for the EMEA branch’s consulting, operations, and leadership opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include posting and managing job and project opportunities, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process with hiring teams. The Recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines through outreach to universities, professional networks, and online platforms, while promoting Blackmont Consulting’s mission and values. This role also involves supporting onboarding activities, maintaining accurate candidate records, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices and employer branding. Collaboration with team leads and project managers is essential to ensure timely staffing for client engagements and internal initiatives.
Qualifications
Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates, stakeholders, and external partners.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions, deadlines, and remote collaboration.
Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools, and familiarity with online professional platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with high attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Understanding of or interest in consulting, social impact, or nonprofit/NGO environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in recruiting early-career talent, interns, or volunteers is a plus; experience in EMEA markets is beneficial.
