We are l

oking for an experienced Finishes Engineer to join our project execution team for a premium residential interior project at Embassy Lakefront, Bengaluru.
This rol
e
is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on experience in high-end interior finishing and site execution and can take ownership of quality, coordination and day-to-day site progress.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Execut
e
and supervise interior finishing works as per design intent and approved drawings.* Coordin
ate with interior designers, vendors, contractors and site teams.* Supervi
se flooring, wall finishes, ceiling works, woodwork, stone/marble, painting, glass, metal and other interior finishes.* Ensure
workmanship, dimensions, levels, alignment and finishing quality meet project standards.* Interpr
et drawings, elevations, details and 3D design references and translate them into site execution.* Prepare
and monitor work schedules, quantities and material requirements.* Conduct
regular quality inspections and identify/rectify snags.* Coordin
ate multiple agencies and ensure smooth execution without compromising quality or timelines.* Maintai
n daily progress updates and report site issues to the Project Manager.* Ensure
proper material handling, site safety and housekeeping.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
* Diplom
a
/ BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field.* 3–6 yea
rs of relevant experience in interior execution/finishing works.* Strong
knowledge of premium residential interiors.* Good un
derstanding of construction drawings, BOQs and site measurements.* Strong
vendor and manpower coordination skills.* Excelle
nt attention to detail and finishing quality.* Willing
ness to be hands-on at site and take ownership of execution.
