🛠️ We’re Hiring: Product Owner (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate)

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, analytical, and customer-focused Product Owner to support the planning, development, and continuous improvement of our digital products and travel technology solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about product development, travel and tourism, technology, and customer experience, and enjoys working with cross-functional teams to turn business and customer needs into practical product solutions.
You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and other internal teams to define priorities, manage product requirements, improve user experiences, and support the successful delivery of product initiatives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities
Gather and analyse customer, business, and stakeholder requirements
Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear product requirements
Create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
Work closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle
Coordinate product development activities and monitor progress against priorities and deadlines
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
Communicate product priorities and requirements clearly to cross-functional teams
Support the launch of new features, products, services, and improvements
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and key product metrics
Identify opportunities to improve product functionality, usability, conversion, and customer experience
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support product decisions
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to understand business and customer needs
Help identify, document, and resolve product issues and operational challenges
Coordinate user acceptance testing and support quality assurance activities
Maintain accurate product documentation, requirements, roadmaps, and release information
Support continuous product discovery and validation of new ideas
Stay up to date with technology, travel industry trends, customer expectations, and emerging digital product opportunities
✅ Requirements
Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–3+ years of experience)
Previous experience in product management, product ownership, project coordination, business analysis, technology, travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
Strong interest in product development, technology, travel, and digital experiences
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, product development, user stories, and product backlogs is a plus
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms is advantageous
Basic understanding of UX/UI, software development, analytics, and digital products is an advantage
Strong customer-centric mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Based in Canada with the legal right to work in Canada
