We're an online business brand with 1.8M+ followers across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Founded and run by Jatin Naran (@jatznaran), who operates multiple companies including his own Amazon business, a coaching program, and his personal brand.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a writer to handle our content and our copy. This is a long term position, not a one-off project or a short freelance gig. We want someone to build here, learn our voice properly, and take on more over time.
Content is where you'll spend most of your time: short-form scripts, long-form YouTube, and the ideation behind both. Emails and ad scripts come in alongside that, sometimes within the first month depending on how fast you're moving. From there it opens into VSLs and sales pages.
So this suits someone who wants to write across the board rather than stay in one lane. If that's you, and you want to write for one of the fastest growing brands in the space, we should talk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Short-Form: 15 to 30 scripts per month, built to stop the scroll in the first two seconds and hold attention to the end.
Long-Form: One YouTube script per week, 8 to 15 minutes, structured so people actually finish it. Check our YouTube for reference.
Copy: Emails and ad scripts as they come up, with room to move into VSLs and sales pages.
Research & Curate: Track what's working across platforms and niches, pull the hooks, angles and formats worth taking, and bring them to us before anyone asks.
Ideate Around The Funnel: Every piece has a job. You'll know which ones are for reach, which warm people up, and which move someone toward a call.
Run It Through Production: Work with designers and editors to get scripts made, then review and approve final cuts before they go live.
Track & Iterate: Watch retention, saves and conversions, then adjust the next batch off real numbers instead of guesses.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Exceptional Writing: Clear, conversational copy that sounds like a real person talking. You understand narrative structure, pacing, and how to keep someone watching.
Hooks: Punchy and curiosity-driven, not clickbait. You can write ten angles on one idea and know which is strongest.
Taste: You can look at a piece working in a completely different niche and know exactly what to take and how to make it land for our audience.
Clarity: You explain complicated things simply without being condescending or dumbing them down.
No AI Patterns: You can spot AI writing on sight, because you don't use it. If you can't recognise the patterns, you're probably writing them.
Voice: You can write as someone else and keep it authentic.
Self-Starter: We don't want to chase you. You bring ideas, not just finished tasks.
Coachable: Open to feedback, quick to apply it, and your second draft is visibly better than your first.
Experience: Real experience writing in a role like this, with samples to show for it. If you have none, this isn't for you. Results matter more than years.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
If you're between projects looking to fill a few months, this isn't it. We're not hiring for a sprint. If you want a relaxed, hands-off writing gig, this isn't it either. If you run an agency, this is NOT for you.
