We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of business, technology, travel, and operational projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising projects, coordinating teams, managing timelines, solving problems, tracking deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
You’ll work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, external partners, and other stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track and achieve their objectives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from initiation through completion
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and priorities
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, task lists, and documentation
Coordinate activities across multiple departments and project teams
Assign and track tasks, responsibilities, milestones, and deadlines
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Organise project meetings, workshops, check-ins, and follow-up activities
Maintain clear communication between internal teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners
Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays
Escalate critical issues and support the development of appropriate solutions
Track project budgets, resources, deliverables, and key performance indicators where required
Coordinate requirements, approvals, testing, implementation, and project launches
Work closely with Product and Technology teams on software, platform, and digital projects
Support Agile and Scrum project activities, including sprint planning and progress tracking
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams
Prepare project reports, presentations, meeting notes, action items, and documentation
Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements, quality standards, and deadlines
Monitor changes to project scope and coordinate appropriate approvals
Support post-project reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement
Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and stakeholder communications
Help improve project management processes, workflows, templates, and reporting
Ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on customer and business outcomes
✅ Requirements
Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–3+ years of experience)
Previous experience in project management, project coordination, business analysis, operations, product, technology, travel, tourism, hospitality, administration, or customer service is a plus
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines
Strong ability to follow up and ensure tasks are completed on time
Comfortable communicating with cross-functional teams and external partners
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management is a plus
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, Notion, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is advantageous
Basic understanding of project budgets, timelines, dependencies, and resource planning is a plus
Strong customer and business-oriented mindset
Ability to remain calm and organised when handling changing priorities or unexpected issues
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Based in Canada with the legal right to work in Canada
