Sales & Service Executive – Veterinary Diagnostics

Byovet Medical & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a Hyderabad-based veterinary diagnostics company providing Hematology, Biochemistry, Hormone, PCR and Rapid Diagnostic solutions to veterinary clinics, hospitals, laboratories and institutions across India.
We are expanding our sales and service network and are looking for motivated professionals to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Sales:
• Promote and sell veterinary diagnostic analysers, reagents and diagnostic kits.
• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Visit veterinary clinics, hospitals, laboratories, distributors and institutions.
• Generate leads, conduct product demonstrations and follow up on enquiries.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with distributors and channel partners in the assigned territory.
• Maintain regular follow-up and submit sales reports.
Service & Technical Support:
• Install and commission diagnostic analysers at customer locations.
• Provide product training and technical support to customers.
• Attend service calls and troubleshoot equipment-related issues.
• Coordinate with the technical team for complex service requirements.
• Maintain proper service records and customer feedback.
Candidate Profile
• Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Pharmacy, B.Sc., B.Tech., Diploma, B.V.Sc., Biomedical, Electronics, Life Sciences or other relevant qualifications.
• Experience: 0–3 years in medical devices, IVD, diagnostics, veterinary equipment or a related field preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic computer skills and ability to prepare reports.
• Candidates with a valid two-wheeler driving licence will be preferred.
