Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $110,000 – $180,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and developer experience that engineering depends on. The role makes shipping safe, fast, and routine — and keeps the systems behind it reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application teams
- Manage cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Own observability stack (logging, metrics, tracing)
- Improve developer experience and reduce time-to-deploy
- Respond to incidents and lead post-mortems
- Partner with security on hardening and compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC (Terraform)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins)
- Working knowledge of observability stacks (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
- Scripting fluency in Bash, Python, or Go
