Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $140,000 – $220,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a major product area. The role drives strategy, prioritisation, and execution across multiple engineering teams — making sure what we build moves the metrics that matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Own roadmap and strategy for a major product area
- Lead discovery, validation, and definition for new initiatives
- Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams from spec to launch
- Define and own the success metrics for your area
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to product practice
- Communicate vision and progress to leadership and the broader team
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years in product management shipping software at scale
- Track record of owning meaningful product areas with measurable impact
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative trade-offs
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including PRD craft
- Experience working with senior engineering and design partners
- Bias for action and ability to drive ambiguity to outcomes
