Head of Finance

Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead our finance team and support the company's growth. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to manage financial operations, business planning, and company growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the finance team and oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting
Manage the company's financial plans and support business growth
Build strong relationships with banks, lenders, and investor
Support company acquisitions, including financial review and integrations
Improve financial processes and reporting system
Work with leadership to help make important business decisions
Prepare reports and financial updates for executives and investors
Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team
Requirementts
8+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
Experience working with private equity-backed companies is preferred
Strong knowledge of financial planning, capital management, debt financing, and M&A
Experience supporting company growth or exit planning is a plus
Ability to manage complex financial operations
CPA or MBA is required
Bachelor's degree is required
Compensation
Base Salary: $400,000 – $500,000
