About the Role
Vesper Energy is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Vice President to join our executive leadership team. This senior leadership role will help shape strategic priorities, drive organizational growth, and oversee the execution of key business initiatives across the company.
The successful candidate will bring strong executive leadership, strategic judgment, and experience managing complex initiatives in the energy, infrastructure, renewable energy, or related sectors.
Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Senior Vice President will play an important role in advancing business objectives, strengthening operational performance, and supporting the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership across strategic and operational initiatives.
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
Identify opportunities for growth, operational improvement, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
Lead major cross-functional initiatives across business development, operations, finance, project development, and other functions.
Establish clear performance objectives and monitor progress against strategic priorities.
Evaluate market trends, competitive developments, business opportunities, and potential risks.
Support strategic planning, investment evaluation, and executive-level decision-making.
Build and maintain productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Develop high-performing teams and promote collaboration across the organization.
Provide executive oversight for critical projects and strategic initiatives.
Present recommendations, performance updates, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
Help ensure organizational priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Energy, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of progressive leadership experience, including significant senior management or executive-level responsibility.
Experience within renewable energy, power, infrastructure, energy development, investment, or a related industry preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex organizations, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and business decision-making capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Proven track record of translating strategic priorities into successful execution.
